CCA

The Certified Crop Adviser Program (CCA) is a professional certification program offered by the American Society of Agronomy (ASA). It is a voluntary program that raises the knowledge base for crop advisers to enhance their ability to assist producers. Programs and workshops that offer continuing education credits provide an excellent networking opportunity with other CCAs, industry representatives, agency personnel, and university faculty. The program is administered locally by 37 state/regional/provincial boards throughout the U.S.and Canada. The Rocky Mountain (RM) board covers the states of Montana and Wyoming. There are approximately 15,000 international CCAs and approximately 120 RM CCAs.
