Performance Objectives
Performance objectives are designed to help those wishing to become a CCA learn what is expected of them on the exams, and in the professional world. Hardcopies can be obtained from Clain Jones (see contacts) if you're not able to print these. The RM Performance Objectives are currently being revised. The revised version will hopefully be online by Summer 2005.
